Pin Insertion
OSAI Pin Insertion is used to place the pins of the substrate, applicable for both wired pins (insertion type) and coil pins (punched and soldered in the next stage). The pin insertion can be combined with the PMTH power module test handler to form a reliable automated power module assembly line.
